From the training provided, you will have a good understanding of the accommodation that Bigfoot provides plus sell ‘extras’ such as airport transfers, ski lessons and lift passes to make sure the client has everything they need to make their holiday complete.

Chalet Hosts (December to April)
We have five catered chalets for which we are looking for two couples or friends and three individuals. Your duties will include meeting and socialising with your guests, providing a continental breakfast, afternoon tea and three course evening meal plus making beds and keeping your chalet clean and presentable for six days per week. The chalet host role is varied and demanding, especially during peak weeks and would suit lively, outgoing and self motivated individuals.
Other duties required of you may include keeping paths and steps snow and ice free at all times, keeping and submitting accounts for your food purchases.
You do not necessarily need to have previous chalet host experience, just a passion and enthusiasm for cooking and entertaining in a fantastic setting. You must be able to cook for groups and families whilst providing a relaxed dinner party atmosphere.
