Corporate Activities

Chamonix’s fantastic location at the foot of Le Mont Blanc in the heart of the Alps means that it is uniquely placed to offer a broad array of excursions and activities around France, Italy and Switzerland during both summer and winter.

With our award winning adventure partners Evolution 2 we are able to design a tailor made activity itinerary for any stay, with a packed programme to focus team spirit, set challenges, or take people out of their comfort zone.

Choices include ...

Ski and snowboard

Book your own private instructor to guide you around the area and give you tips on improving your technique.

The Vallée Blanche

One of the world’s most famous off piste descents, a 22 kilometre run through glacial terrain. Only to be attempted with a qualified high mountain guide!

Nordic skiing

Discover the fun of cross-country skiing on winding courses through the alpine forests.

Husky rides

Get a taste of Alaska on a sledge drawn by huskies whilst taking in the beautiful mountain scenery.

Snow shoeing

Explore the less frequented parts of the mountains by foot, with one of our friendly guides.

Paragliding

Realise mankind’s oldest dream: to soar above the mountains in total freedom!

Helicopter Flights

A real ‘once in a lifetime’ experience! Get a unique view of some of the most prestigious peaks of the Massif du Mont Blanc : Drus and Aiguille Verte, Grandes Jorasses and of course the famous Mont Blanc.

Ice climbing

For the true mountain enthusiast, why not scale an amazing frozen waterfall? A mountain guide will teach you the basics of climbing with the aid of crampons and ice axes.

Glacier Trek

This trek will allow you to discover the famous Mer de Glace as well as learn the basics of walking on a glacier with crampons while you are safely roped-up.

Proposed activities will include crevasse abseiling, snow shoeing, crossing crevasses with ladders, instructions on how to climb with technical ice axes, lighting a fire on the glacier.

Heli-skiing

Choose from one drop on the fantastic slopes of the Val Veny, two drops to take you to the heart of the most beautiful glaciers in Italy, or three drops on non glacier terrain.

Corporate Games

With our award winning adventure partners Evolution 2 we are able to design a tailor made activity itinerary for any stay, with a packed programme to focus team spirit, set challenges, or take people out of their comfort zone.

Some popular choices include: obstacle courses, mountain biking on snow, abseiling, snow shoe assault courses, hydro speeding on snow, igloo building, wood cutting and sledge building, rifle shooting, aerial ropeways, snow scooter race, orienteering, ski slalom, bunji-running, air boarding, archery, quad bikes and much more.

Their "Winter Challenge" portfolio includes :

Davy Crocketts Story

You are a group of trappers in the North Canadian forests. Winter is approaching and you must provide the group with meat and fur by completing an array of fun tasks which develop motivation and coordination while working as part of a group. At the end of the day, all trappers’ groups join together for a lively obstacle race!

Proposed activities include: Mountain biking on snow, Abseiling, Snowshoe assault course, Igloo building, Woodcutting and sledge building, Rescue, Rifle shooting, Aerial ropeways, Paret, Hydrospeed on snow, How to use an Avalanche Transceiver.

In The Steps Of Jack London

To survive in the Arctic it is important to combine mutual assistance and group coordination with the intelligent use of every individual’s strengths to cope with extreme conditions.

You will need to pass a range of intellectual and physical tests to collect food and material for the winter ahead.

Proposed activities include: Mountain Biking on snow, Woodcutting and curling, Sack race, Bale throwing, Snowscooter race, Snowshoe race (roped-up), Tug-of-war, Kim’s games, Blind testing of local specialities, Aerial ropeways, Rope maze, Sledge race, Photo report, Orienteering.

Lost In The Ice Field

Your group is totally lost in a maze of ice. It is getting dark and you have to get back to your base camp before the polar bear eats you!

Find the beacons using the orientation techniques you have been taught (read a map, follow a compass bearing ...)

whilst navigating the terrain on snowshoes or Nordic skis. It is possible to add a helicopter flight to this challenge.

The beacon will be put somewhere on the mountain. You will find some clues and directions on the map, and then the helicopter will lead you to the beacon if your analysis was the right one.

Olympic Games

Your team has been chosen for the next Olympic Games IN THE YEAR 2050.

The sports have changed but the Olympic spirit remains ... taking part is what counts and fair play and respect for the other teams are enforced. Each group represents a different country and has its own flag. At the beginning, all flags will be ceremoniously presented.

Proposed activities include: Slalom with skis, slalom with snow scooter, mountain bike bordercross, bobsleighing on a raft, Nordic skiing race, ski jump, speed descent on a mud bike, speed descent on a sledge, a hockey balloon match, curling, snow shoe race while throwing snow balls at a target.

Dog Sledging / Snow Shoeing / Quad

You will try all 3 activities whilst exploring the pretty area between Les Carroz and Flaine.

The activities will be run in groups of 13 to 14 people, after which you will all meet up for lunch in a local restaurant where you can enjoy the delicious cuisine of the region.

  • Snow shoeing - Discover the silence and tranquillity of this snowy wilderness with one of our friendly and enthusiastic guides.
  • Husky rides - Get a taste of Alaska on a sledge drawn by huskies whilst taking in the beautiful mountain scenery.
  • Quad - Introduction to Quad with Gilles Mecene, 5 times French champion.

Organisation Of The Team-Building Challenge

As an alternative to the above challenges we can work with Evolution 2 to build a tailor made package of 4 – 5 activities per half day for your group.

We will organise :

  • The professionals to organise and run the event
  • The specific equipment necessary to do the activities
  • The creation of the road books
  • The mineral water and snacks on each activity
  • The results of the challenge and the award for the winning team
