The Hotel du Bois has been designed in traditional Savoyard style and offers all the benefits of a modern three *** hotel.
All 43 bedrooms have en-suite facilities, TV, mini-bar and wonderful views of the mountains and glaciers. There is a lift for easy access to the bedrooms and ramps for disabled access to the reception, bar and restaurant.
The hotel has a 90 cover restaurant which is open every night except Monday, with superb cuisine from its à la carte menu, a 75 seat bar with heated terrace, a sauna and is one of a few hotels in the area to have an indoor heated swimming pool - fantastic for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes and much enjoyed by all.
Situated in the picturesque village of Les Houches, just 4 kms from the centre of Chamonix town, the hotel is ideally situated for access to the Les Houches ski area, famous for the Kandahar downhill run, as well as the rest of the valley. The hotel supplies an eight seat minibus to take you to and from the slopes every day. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your time in the Chamonix Valley.
Please note that the minimum stay during the winter is for 4 nights, and stays of less than 5 nights include a 'weekend supplement' for short stays.
